了解需要與個案情況Understand your needs and case
告訴我們你的家庭成員、主要工作內容、照顧需要與溝通期望。如已有指定人選，也請說明其所在地及合約情況。Tell us about your family, main duties, care needs and communication expectations. If you already have a candidate, let us know their location and contract situation.

認識人選，安排面試Meet candidates and arrange interviews
按家庭需要了解人選履歷及相關經驗，安排合適的面試方式，讓雙方就工作及生活安排互相認識。Review relevant profiles and experience. Interviews help both sides discuss the work and living arrangements.

確認報價及服務協議Confirm the quote and service agreement
確認服務範圍、總額、另付項目、付款安排，以及取消與退款條款。需要釐清的地方，在開始前向我們查詢。Confirm the scope, total price, extras, payments, cancellation and refund terms. Ask us to clarify any questions before starting.

準備文件及辦理申請Prepare paperwork and applications
依個案準備合約與所需文件，處理相關申請及認證程序。實際要求及進度以相關機構為準。Prepare the contract and paperwork for the relevant applications and authentication. Requirements and progress depend on the relevant authorities.

協調到職及後續聯絡Coordinate the start and follow-up
確認所需程序後協調到職安排。其後如有合約文件或續約需要，歡迎與首薦聯絡。Coordinate the start after the required procedures. Contact PrimeChoice for subsequent contract paperwork or renewal needs.
辦理續約？Renewing a contract?
原僱主續約一般不涉及重新物色人選。我們會按你和現有印傭的情況，說明適用的文件與辦理程序。Renewal with the same employer generally does not involve finding a new helper. We will explain the paperwork and procedures for your situation.
